Necessary products :

    • 50 grams of dried tomatoes
    • 1/4 teaspoon water
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 2/3 teaspoon cup of tomato sauce
    • 2/3 teaspoon tomato juice
    • 1 teaspoon cumin
    • 2 teaspoons hot pepper powder
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    • 4 tortilla cakes
    • 250 grams of pre-cooked beef
    • 1 a bucket of 200 grams of cottage cheese
    • 2 teacups grated mozzarella
    • 1 teacup sour cream for serving
    • hot peppers for garnish

Preparation :

Put the dried tomatoes in a blender and crush. Add the water and puree.

Heat a little oil in a pan and add the flour, stirring to make a slurry. Add the tomato sauce and stir to dissolve the lumps of flour. Add the dried tomatoes and combine again.

You should add the tomato juice and all the spices. When bubbles start to form on the cooking sauce and it thickens, remove from the heat.

Spread 2 tablespoons of the sauce on each tortilla cake. Put the meat at one end, then the cottage cheese, mozzarella, and roll.

Arrange the tortilla rolls in a rectangular pan and pour the remaining tomato sauce.

Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake. 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Serve with sour cream and hot pepper.
