leave in a warm place for 15 - 20 minutes until a "hat" forms. Then add the oil, protein, salt, and flour. Knead a soft dough. Add the flour gradually.
Allow the dough to increase in volume (about 40-60 minutes) and divide it into several parts. Roll each of them into a layer with a diameter of 20 centimeters. Spread with melted butter and arrange on top of each other. Cut into 12 triangles from the middle to the end. Put 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese / grated yellow cheese in their wide part and roll them into buns.
Arrange them in a suitable tray, leave for 30 minutes, spread the beaten yolk on their surface, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
