How To Cook Rye-wheat French Bread - Recipe

Necessary products:

2 tsp wheat flour

1 tsp rye flour

2 tsp dry yeast

1 tbsp sugar

1.5 tsp Sol

280 ml of warm water

sesame for sprinkling

egg for spreading

Method of preparation:

Sift the two types of flour, mix them and add the yeast, salt and sugar. Then gradually start pouring in the water and knead the dough. Knead well for 7-10 minutes. The dough should be soft and smooth. Put it in a bowl greased with oil, cover with a towel and leave to rise until it doubles in volume.

Knead the finished dough lightly, shape it into bread, baguette or small loaves, cover again and leave for another 35-40 minutes. Before placing in the oven, you can make incisions on the surface of the bread. Spread with beaten egg (maybe milk or cream) and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 190 degrees. Of course, the cakes will bake faster than whole bread.
