Chokeberry or chokeberry is a storehouse of useful substances and vitamins. Excellent berry helps those who suffer from high blood pressure. It is enough to eat 100 grams of berries a day, and you will forget about the headache. Fresh chokeberry can be purchased in late summer and autumn. And what to do the rest of the time? ..
Here we come to the aid of the method used by our ancestors - drying for the winter. They dried chokeberry berries, and then added them to tea, tinctures, and thus saturate themselves with useful vitamins all year round.
Dried chokeberry can be added to pastries, cook compotes, kissels, fragrant teas. You can dry the chokeberry in different ways: on the street, hanging the plants in bunches, in the oven, as well as in a special dryer for vegetables and fruits. The latter method is the simplest and most effective, since the berries dry evenly, quickly and very high quality.
