How To Cook Cod Liver Appetizer With Crab, Egg And Yellow Rolls - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 can of cod liver
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 2 rolls of crab
  • 8 - 10 leaves of lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped dill

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs hard, peel them and separate the yolks from the whites. Finely chop the egg whites and grate the yolks.

Roast the walnuts and crush or chop.

Drain the fat from the can, mix the liver with the yolks and walnuts, add the butter and stir.

Grate the yellow cheese and crab rolls separately. Roll some of the balls in the yellow cheese and the rest in the crab rolls. Then refrigerate for 1 hour.
