Clean the fish and cut it lengthwise.
Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and curry. In a blender, mix orange peel, olive oil and beat. Season the place with the mixture and arrange in a pan greased with oil. Pour olive oil, lemon juice, cover with a second pan and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Squeeze the juice of orange and lemon. Remove the peel and seeds of the watermelon, cut the flesh into large pieces and place in a blender bowl. Pour the citrus juices, add honey to taste and beat until smooth.
Pour the cocktail into a jug and refrigerate to cool.

Peel the carrots, grate them. Peel the apple, cut and clean the seeds, cut the fruit into random pieces. Peel an orange, cut it into slices, which you clean from the hard skins.
In a blender bowl, mix the fruits and vegetables, beat for about a minute.
Then add the pumpkin seeds and walnuts. You do not need to sweeten, as the products will give their sweetness to the drink. Of course, if your fruits and vegetables are not the sweetest, you could add a teaspoon of honey.
The smoothie is thick, so dilute with apple juice (or still mineral water) to the desired consistency. Turn on the blender for a few more seconds to make the mixture homogeneous, then distribute in cups and immerse in the freshness of the smoothie.
