Required products :
1 medium-sized head boiled beets
connection radishes
connection green onions
connection dill
salt
vegetable oil of choice (flaxseed, sunflower or other but not olive oil)
cumin, flax or sesame seeds
Method of preparation :
Boil the beets, peel them and cut into cubes when cool.
Wash and chop the radishes, green onions and dill.
Mix the vegetables with the green spices and add the seeds of your choice, cumin if desired.
Add salt to the salad, season with your favorite vegetable oil, stir and serve.

Method of preparation :
Roast the seeds in a hot dry pan for 1-2 minutes, set aside.
Blend the bananas and most of the blackberries, along with 60 grams of yogurt, to get the consistency of a smoothie. Add lemon juice if you like the taste.
Divide between 2 bowls and top with yogurt. Go through it several times with a stick to get the effect shown in the photo.
Distribute the nuts and other fruits in the bowls, decorating in the way you want.
Serve.
