Carrot

Carrot juice should also not be abused. Excess beta-carotene overloads the liver, and the skin may acquire a yellowish tinge. It is recommended to drink no more than half a liter of carrot juice a day. For vitamin prophylaxis half a cup is enough.

Beet juice
Beet juice has a lot of sugar, vitamins C, P, B1, B2, PP. It also contains significant amounts of salts of potassium, iron and manganese. The beneficial substances of beet juice stimulate blood formation. The high content of magnesium helps to normalize the activity of the nervous system during stress, overload, insomnia. This juice improves intestinal peristalsis and is therefore a good way to prevent constipation.
But freshly squeezed beet juice contains compounds that break down on contact with air. Therefore, before use, beet juice should stand in an open container for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Unfortunately, for some people beet juice is contraindicated. Sometimes it causes nausea, vomiting, dizziness, palpitations, general fatigue.
You need to slowly and gradually get used to the concentrated beet juice, starting with one tablespoon daily. Dilute with boiled water or rosehip decoction before use. You can mix it with carrot, cabbage, apple, plum or pumpkin juice.
Not recommended for kidney disease, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum.
Tomato
Tomato juice stimulates the work of the gastrointestinal tract, reduces the risk of cancer. It is very useful for pregnant and lactating women. Due to its low caloric content, overweight people can also drink it. Freshly prepared juice contains strong phytoncides that suppress the processes of fermentation and putrefaction in the intestines.
Tomato juice is drunk 20-30 minutes before meals because it increases the readiness of the stomach and intestines for food processing. The addition of salt reduces the healing effect of the juice. Instead of salt you can add ground garlic or green spice: parsley, dill.
Tomato juice is contraindicated in acute gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, pancreatitis and cholecystitis.
Cabbage
Cabbage juice contains digestible carbohydrates, vitamins C, PP, folic acid and amino acids. It contains salts of potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron. A special antiulcer vitamin U has been found in cabbage juice. Therefore, it is used in a warm form in acute peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum. You can gag your mouth with warm freshly squeezed cabbage juice for stomatitis and gingivitis.
In addition, cabbage juice stops the conversion of carbohydrates into fat. And that is why it is very useful in obesity. It can be drunk 30 minutes before meals and several times a day, between meals.
Despite the healing effect of cabbage juice on the gastric mucosa, it is not useful to drink in the midst of acute gastritis and ulcers. But in relieved pain it is absolutely indispensable for healing the stomach.
Pumpkin Pumpkin
juice contains sucrose, useful pectin, salts of potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, honey and cobalt. It contains vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, E, beta-carotene.
Pumpkin juice improves the work of the gastrointestinal tract, has a choleretic effect. It has long been recommended for people with cardiovascular disease accompanied by edema.
Pumpkin juice is especially useful in diseases of the kidneys and liver. You can drink half a glass once a day. In case of insomnia before going to bed, drink a glass of pumpkin juice with honey, in case of kidney and bladder stones - a quarter or half a glass of pumpkin juice 3 times a day. Course of treatment - 10 days.
There are no contraindications to pumpkin juice. There can only be individual intolerance.
Apple
It contains many vitamins C and P, there are salts of potassium, calcium, iron, honey, manganese, cobalt, zinc, nickel. Drink it for atherosclerosis, diseases of the liver, bladder, kidneys, urolithiasis. Apple juice pectin normalizes bowel function. The high content of sugars and organic acids promotes rapid recovery after exercise. Apple juice does not cause any harm to the body and can be drunk in large quantities - up to one liter per day.

Grape
juice Grape juice contains a large amount of sugar and potassium. It is recommended for nervous exhaustion and loss of strength. Dark grape juice contains substances that reduce the risk of heart disease. Its regular intake lowers cholesterol levels and blood pressure.
Grape juice has bactericidal, diuretic, laxative, diaphoretic and expectorant action.
For medicinal purposes, natural grape juice can be drunk 3 times a day for 3 weeks. Before taking it, dilute it in water in a ratio of 1: 1.
Grape juice is not recommended for gastritis with high acidity, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, diabetes, obesity, chronic inflammatory processes of the lungs. It is not recommended to drink grape juice if you are prone to flatulence.
Citrus
Freshly squeezed citrus juices are rich in vitamins C and P, potassium, folic acid. They increase vitality, reduce seasickness, strengthen blood vessels. These juices are useful in atherosclerosis, hypertension, for cancer prevention.
But if you have a stomach or duodenal ulcer, chronic gastritis or pancreatitis, it is better not to drink citrus juices. Also, keep in mind that grapefruit juice may interact with medications. Therefore, in the period when many preparations are taken, it is better to avoid grapefruit juice.
