All fruits contain sugar, but there are some species that are lower in content than others. The list presents fruits that are low in sugar, but also contain fiber, vitamins and minerals that the human body needs.

 

  • Berries
 

Strawberries can regulate blood glucose due to their low sugar content - about 1 gram in 1 medium-sized strawberry. They are an excellent source of fiber and vitamin C, which makes them a remedy against tumors . They protect against breast cancer and have an anti-aging effect.

 

  • Peaches

You can include the fruits from the list above in your salad by using lemon or avocado for dressing. An option is to make a fruit salad by adding a small amount of honey to it.

 

The fruits are a great addition to breakfast and can be mixed with cereals or yogurt. Instead of drinking juice with high sugar content, you can squeeze a lemon into water, thanks to which you will feel energetic and refreshed.
