Necessary products:


  • 1 head of garlic, peeled
  • 8 teaspoons of water
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 12 stevia leaves
  • 6 bay leaves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 egg yolks
  • slices of bread, baked
  • 500 grams of yogurt


Method of preparation:

Pour the water into the pan, add the salt, pepper, stevia leaves, and bay leaves. Stir and wait for the mixture to boil. Add the whole garlic cloves and pour the olive oil.

Let the soup simmer on low heat, and through this time, pour the yolks into a bowl and add the yogurt.

Cool the soup and when ready, season it with the milk mixture. Sprinkle portions and serve warm.
