  • Grease the form with oil and cover the bottom with 2 sheets of baking paper, arranged crosswise. Don't worry about them coming out of the pan, as this will make it easier to remove the cake.
  • Heat the chocolate, butter, and salt in a bowl of the water bath and stir periodically until melted and mixed. 
  • Allow the chocolate mixture to cool for 5 minutes and add the sugar and vanilla. Stir.
  • Add the almond and rice flour and mix again with a wooden spoon until smooth.
  • Pour the dough into the form and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out moist but clean from the cake.
  • Allow the chocolate brownie to cool and remove from the pan with parchment paper.
