Nutrition for hair loss should be as natural and balanced as possible. Try to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. They not only contain vitamins and useful trace elements, but also perfectly cleanse the body of harmful accumulations, stimulate peristalsis, thanks to the large amount of fiber in them. Especially suitable are raw carrots, cabbage, beets; it is even better if they are not peeled.
The intake of animal proteins is also extremely important in this problem. Vegetables are also useful, but they are not absorbed by the body as well as animals. For this reason, meat is a useful food for the hair , which provides the most necessary building blocks for the hair. It is good that your menu includes lean meats - beef, chicken, turkey and fish - sea and river.
Vegetarians among you are advised not to limit themselves to sour milk products (cream, cottage cheese, kefir). They are very useful for everyone (they are digested faster and easier than meat), but for non-meat consumers they are vital.
As for the jam - it harms the hair, especially when the quantities are large. But some complex carbohydrates are useful (in reasonable quantities do not lead to weight gain).
Mandatory for hair loss are: cereals, bran bread, durum wheat pasta. If you are afraid of your figure, consume them in the first half of the day and separately from protein. In general, taking care of your slim body, you should never forget about your health. It is one thing to get rid of fast food and sweet temptations, quite another - of useful vegetable fats.
To strengthen the hair helps nuts, seeds and vegetable oils (sunflower oil). Useful among the latter are: olive oil, flaxseed, hemp oils, wheat germ oil and others. (It is extremely appropriate to drink 1 tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach of them, if you do not like it, add them to dishes, season salads with them).
In case of hair loss you should get the following useful substances through food: vitamins B2, B5, B6, H, C, PP; phosphorus, selenium, sulfur, potassium, iron, copper, silicon, manganese, zinc. But this problem is not necessarily due to a deficiency of some of these substances in the body. Sometimes hair loss can be the result of the accumulation of too much of an element in the body or the result of impaired metabolism in the body. Vitamins are good, but that doesn't mean you have to take them unwisely and irresponsibly.
Also pay attention to the amount of water you drink daily. This is extremely important in order to avoid chronic dehydration, which in turn can lead to various problems such as impaired blood pressure, migraines, heart problems, obesity and more. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day!
