Cooking salt is also limited. The heat treatment of food does not change except for the preparation of meat and fish, they must be cooked. The food is distributed in 4 meals a day, and between them it is recommended to drink fluids. The temperature of the dishes is standard.

 

Energy value of the diet. The daily caloric intake is between 2400 and 2600 kcal. Proteins are in the amount of about 60-70 g (mainly dairy, animal should not be more than half), 80 g of fat (30% of them should be vegetable), carbohydrates - 350-400 g, salt no more than 8 -10 g, it is recommended to drink about 2 liters and more.

 

What can we eat following diet number 6? Wheat and rye bread, various pastries made of wheat flour and bran, etc. can be consumed from pasta. The diet does not allow the intake of confectionery.

 

Soups. Of the soups, vegetarian ones are recommended - potato, corn, oat, dairy, fruit. They are prepared in the standard way, an egg can be used, but no more than 1 egg per day should be consumed. Meals, fish and mushroom broths as well as spinach, sorrel and bean soups are not allowed.

 

Meat and fish are not excluded from the diet, but should not be fatty. Meats are included in the diet up to 3 times a week in an amount of about 150 g of meat that is cooked and about 170 g of also cooked fish. For a greater variety of dishes, cooked meat or fish can be used as a preparation for other foods - meatballs, stewed vegetables with meat, etc. Equal amounts of meat and fish can be combined.

 

Absolutely forbidden from meat are : liver, sausages, smoked foods, tongue, brain, salted fish, canned food, caviar.

 

Dairy products are included in the diet - yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, cream, etc. Avoid salty cheeses and yellow cheeses.

 

Eggs should not be overdone - no more than 3-4 eggs per week and no more than 1 egg should be consumed in one day.
Cereals are also allowed, but in moderation.

 

Legumes such as beans, lentils and peas are completely excluded.
 

Vegetables. They are among the main foods in the diet. can be consumed both raw and subjected to any type of heat treatment. Excluded from the diet are vegetables such as: spinach, mushrooms, sorrel, fresh beans, cauliflower, and pickles.

 

Fruits and sweet foods . Fruits are also a staple food. All fruits can be consumed - undergone any heat treatment, dried, fresh, in creams and lactic acid, with honey, etc. Prohibited sweet foods and fruits are: chocolate, figs, raspberries, blueberries.

 

Drinks . Coffee and tea are a rich source of purines, which is why they are excluded from the menu. Weak coffee with milk is allowed . Allowed drinks are fruit juices and freshly squeezed fresh fruit.
