0.5 kg of white fish fillet, 100 g of green beans, 200 g of broccoli, 1 sweet red pepper, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 30 ml of lemon juice, 5-8 g of salt and ground pepper, 10 ml of vegetable oil, 100 ml water.
Defrost the fish, rinse, grate with salt and pepper, pour over lemon juice and refrigerate for half an hour.
Cut carrots into cubes, peppers into strips, onions into half rings, beans into tubes 3 cm long. Mix them with broccoli florets, salt and drizzle with vegetable oil.
Put the pickled fish in the center of the mold, place the vegetable mixture on both sides of it, pour in water and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
1 pomegranate, 80 g walnuts, 200 g rocket, 50 g spinach, 20 g fresh basil, 150 g Roquefort cheese, 60 ml olive oil, 25 ml lemon juice, 30 ml Narshab sauce (pomegranate sauce).
Peel the pomegranate, remove the seeds. Roast the nuts in a dry frying pan. Tear the arugula, spinach and basil leaves with your hands. Cut the cheese into thin small slices. Mix all the above ingredients.
Beat the sauce "Narshab" with a whisk with lemon juice and olive oil until a homogeneous emulsion is obtained. Fill it with salad.
Frozen fruits and berries must be thawed.
1 l milk, 60 g chia seeds, 100 g blueberries, 100 g strawberries, 100 g raspberries, 50 g cloudberries, 2-3 kiwis, 2 bananas, 60 g honey, 100 ml whipped cream, 5 g vanilla.
Soak chia seeds in milk for half an hour, add honey and vanilla. Cut strawberries in half, bananas in circles. Peel the kiwi and cut into slices.
Next, fill glasses or glasses halfway with milk with chia seeds. Lay kiwi, banana or strawberries parallel to the walls, pour over cream, and place berries on top.
250 g Halloumi cheese, 1 pomegranate, 100 g rocket, 2 oranges, 100 ml olive oil, 100 ml white wine vinegar.
You need a grill or a griddle pan. Cut the cheese into slices 5-6 cm long, 3-4 wide and 1 cm thick. Coat them with olive oil on both sides and fry until light golden brown.

Beat the remaining olive oil with vinegar, pour the resulting dressing over the dish.
2-3 long even cucumbers, 400 g shrimp or sliced ham, 200 g curd cheese.
Boil shrimp in salted boiling water (3-4 minutes). Grind 2/3 of them with a blender and mix with curd cheese.
Cucumbers cut into thin long slices.
If you are preparing a snack with shrimp, then roll each slice into a tube, there should be space inside, fill it with stuffing, fix the roll, piercing through with a toothpick. And then insert one boiled shrimp into each top. If desired, the dish can be decorated with herbs.
With ham, things are different. Grease cucumber slices with cheese mixed with chopped herbs. Put thin strips of ham on the cucumber and roll up. Secure with skewers.
2 salmon steaks, 1 lemon, 5-6 cherry tomatoes, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 0.5 kg of broccoli, 800 g of Brussels sprouts, 50 ml of olive oil, 15 g of a mixture of peppers, 10 g of sea salt.
In a mortar, grind the mixture of peppers and salt. Remove the top leaves from Brussels sprouts, sprinkle with the resulting seasoning, mix, put in a mold, pour over with olive oil and send for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
At this time, grate the fish with the juice of half a lemon, a mixture of peppers and salt. Then place on top of Brussels sprouts, put broccoli florets, garlic cloves and cherry tomatoes (whole) around. Send to the oven for 10-15 minutes.
When serving on top of the fish, put a few slices of lemon.
3 eggplants, 2 zucchini, 5-6 large tomatoes, 2 bell peppers, 2 onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 carrot, 60 ml vegetable oil, 5 g basil, 10 g parsley, 5 g sugar.
Pour eggplants with warm salted water and leave for half an hour. At this time, you can prepare the sauce. Finely chop one of the onions and fry with crushed garlic in vegetable oil until golden brown. Grind carrots and sweet peppers in a blender. Send vegetable puree to the pan with onions, fry for 5-7 minutes, then add 2 grated tomatoes without skins. Simmer them together for no more than a quarter of an hour, sometimes you can add water, then add chopped parsley and basil, add a pinch of salt, sugar, remove the sauce from the heat after 2-3 minutes.
Cut the remaining onion into half rings, tomatoes and zucchini into circles about 1 cm thick, salt them. Drain the water from the eggplant.
Pour half of the sauce into the bottom of a baking dish. Next, place vegetables in it, putting their slices on edge to make a colored accordion. Introduce onion half rings sometimes, and follow the strict order with the rest of the ingredients. Thus, take up the entire space of the form. Pour the remaining sauce on top and send the ratatouille to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
2 salmon fillets, 400 g potatoes (preferably young), 10 cherry tomatoes, 1 zucchini, 10 g pepper mixture, 30 ml olive oil, 5 g salt, 5 g rosemary.
New potatoes can be cooked whole and right in their skins (wash thoroughly first). The old one will have to be peeled and cut into large thick pieces and cooked until half cooked (10-15 minutes in boiling water).
Divide the salmon into slices, cut the zucchini into circles. Rub them and potatoes with a mixture of peppers, rosemary and salt. String fish, cherry tomatoes and other vegetables on a skewer, sprinkle with olive oil, place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.
3 zucchini, 200 g curd cheese, 100 g flax seeds, 50 g sesame seeds, 2 tomatoes, 50 ml olive oil.
Cut the tomatoes into thin circles. Add flax seeds and sesame seeds to curd cheese, mix. Cut the zucchini into thin slices, soak in olive oil, roll up into tubes, stuff with cheese and cereals, secure with toothpicks or skewers. Place a slice of tomato on top of each roll.
