Healthy food for every day is a way to stay healthy and beautiful without special diets. After all, the state of our body, general well-being, immunity, mood and appearance largely depends on what we eat.

The basis of a healthy diet for every day is the body's natural needs to replenish the spent energy and obtain the necessary amount of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.

Principles of healthy nutrition

Here are the rules of healthy eating in several points:

  • The caloric content of the consumed food should ensure the productive work of the body.
  • Adherence to the correct proportions of healthy food. Proper nutrition is a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Carbohydrate products should make up 55-60% of the healthy food menu, fats - 25-30%, and proteins - at least 15% of the daily diet. It is important not to overeat.
  • Variety. Healthy food should be varied and useful.
  • Diet. In order for the digestive system to properly absorb healthy foods, follow a meal plan. Eat every 3-4 hours with 4 meals or every 2-3 hours with 5 meals.
  • Drink 1.5-2 liters of clean water every day and be physically active.
Healthy food for every day

To make a daily menu of healthy food, imagine healthy products in the form of a food pyramid with five levels. On the first steps are the main useful products, and on the top - they are also necessary, but in much smaller quantities.

  • Cereals, potatoes, cereals, pasta (complex carbohydrates and fiber). One or more products from this list should be included in the healthy food menu for each day.
  • Vegetables, fruits, berries. These healthy food products should be eaten in the amount of 500-600 g per day (in total) with minimal heat treatment.
  • Animal and vegetable proteins: dairy products, meat, fish, poultry, legumes. When determining a menu of healthy food for the week, you can vary these products. For example, include meat or poultry in the diet on certain days, and fish on other days. This does not contradict the rules of healthy eating. It is recommended to eat dairy products every day, giving preference to low-fat products.
  • Vegetable oils, nuts, seeds. These are healthy foods with high fat content. Eat no more than one handful of nuts or seeds and 1-2 tbsp. spoons of unrefined oil.
  • Jam, honey, sweets, juices, sweet drinks. These foods are high in sugar or fat. In small quantities, natural sweets help to diversify the diet. It is recommended to consume sweets, cakes and carbonated drinks 1-2 times a month.
  • Healthy ways of cooking are stewing, baking, steaming.
Healthy food for weight loss

Without being a diet, healthy eating helps you lose weight. After all, healthy food contributes to the removal of toxins and impurities that have accumulated in the body, allows you to improve metabolism.

During the day, eat so that the feeling of hunger does not appear. But a healthy diet alone is not enough to lose weight: you need to consume more calories than you eat. Physical activity will help.
