How Fast And How Often Or Diets And Time

The time when you eat is extremely important in following any diet. And not only in relation to the issue of late meals, but also in terms of how often and how fast you eat. Of course, the amount of calories is also important. How to properly allocate your time during the diet?

How often?

Every woman who has been on a diet knows that she should eat as often as possible. First of all, frequent food intake informs the body that there is no such thing as starvation and that it can easily burn calories and even use fat stores. This is how metabolism is accelerated (roughly speaking).

Second: with frequent eating, bile does not stagnate, and this is very important for most young girls. According to gastroenterologists, they are the most at risk of cholelithiasis and one of the reasons is infrequent eating.

By the way, frequent meals have a significant disadvantage - on the teeth for a long time remain carbohydrate particles from food, which are happy to absorb bacteria. With such eating, they multiply rapidly and destroy tooth enamel. To avoid this, it is recommended to finish your meal with a glass of milk, a piece of cheese or chewing gum - these products contain substances that are able to suppress the activity of microorganisms.

What time?

Eat at the same time every day, so you will lie to your body that there is no diet and it does not need to accumulate reserves.

How fast?

Eating on the go for 5 minutes is often necessary, but not healthy at all. You may think that ingesting large pieces of food is better for weight loss, because the body will put more effort into food processing. In fact, a lot of effort is required to grind whole grains, vegetables and fruits rich in cellulose. And eating fast spoils your teeth and stomach.
