But what does "a lot of water" mean? How much? Everyone needs a different amount of fluids , which depends on many factors. One of the determinants is weight. We offer you a table that shows how much water you should drink according to your weight . We specify that in this case it is only about water and juices, tea, coffee and other drinks are not included. The first column shows the weight of a person, and the second - the corresponding amount of water needed daily in liters. For convenience, the number of cups corresponding to milliliters is also given, the quantity being calculated per cup with a capacity of 0.250 liters.
