How To Catch Happiness By The Tail Before New Year's Eve

There is very little left until one of the most mysterious holidays - the new year.

There is very little left until one of the most mysterious holidays - the new year. This is the time when the whole family gathers at a large table and forgets about all the problems for a few days. How can one not believe in a miracle at this time? Crispy snow underfoot, accompanied by bright lanterns and songs. You walk under the moon and it seems that even the rotation of the planets has stopped.

Remember how you looked forward to the holidays as a child? How did you decorate the Christmas tree and wait for Santa Claus? Someone did not even sleep in order to see Grandfather, who annually brings miracle and joy to every home. Many did not wait and fell asleep, and in the morning they got up and ran straight to the brightly decorated New Year tree, and under it gifts were already standing and waiting for us. Do you remember with what trepidation and anticipation each of you opened them?

And then he ran to his friends to show off and see what Grandfather gave them. In the evening they came home and the whole friendly family gathered at the festive table, on which a lot of goodies were prepared: hot dishes, salads, fruits, drinks and much more. And how did everyone wait for the chiming clock, so that after them they immediately run out into the street to launch fireworks? Remember what emotions overwhelmed you at that moment when a lot of beautiful lights sparkled in the sky, and you didn’t want this time to end. Unfortunately, that unforgettable time has passed, but no one will ever forget the emotions that this holiday gave us.

Now everyone has already matured, but they are still waiting with trepidation for the New Year in order to dream, take stock of completed and unfulfilled goals and set new ones for the coming year. Those who have children are already thinking how to create a warm and unforgettable holiday atmosphere for them.

In 2020, the New Year in Russia will be celebrated for 8 whole days. But how not to spoil the holiday for yourself and your loved ones because of food? After all, everyone loves to eat something unusual and tasty, but the preparation of such dishes, as a rule, takes a lot of time. Instead, I want to spend time with my family: see off the outgoing year and welcome the new one, exchange gifts, fireworks and drink champagne to the sound of chimes. We share simple tips on how to easily resolve the issue of the New Year's table, because the New Year is a time of miracles!

Spicy vegetable salads: Chefs know a great way to make a delicious and especially spicy vegetable salad by adding a little vanilla. This is a great spice that pairs perfectly with any vegetable. You can safely add ground nuts to salads. Not only do they go well with vegetables, but they are also rich in omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are just the “healthy fats”. Experiment with dressings for, for example, traditional salads - herring under a fur coat and Russian salad. How about adding mustard and horseradish to one of them? You can even not mix anything, but take ready-made Vigorous mayonnaise from Maheev. How to quickly soften butter? Fill any suitable container with boiling water, pour out the water, put a package of oil in it, cover with a towel and wait a few minutes. What can I do to keep the meat from being tough? If you want juicy meat for lunch or dinner, you can not salt it until the end of cooking, especially if it is dense pieces. If raw meat is salted before it is cooked, its surface will dehydrate and become tough.

And it doesn't matter where you spend New Year's Eve - in the best restaurant, at home or at a party - warm emotions and faith in miracles are especially important on this night. The main thing is not to spend all your energy on pre-holiday chores, especially on cooking. Happiness to you, New Year's miracles and the fulfillment of all desires!
