  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated horseradish root
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped wild onions

for peas with mint:

  • a handful of blanched peas
  • 2 teaspoons yogurt

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the potatoes well and without peeling them, spread a little olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake them for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until ready.

Allow them to cool, then cut in half. Use a spoon to carve the inside. Return the resulting boats from the potatoes to the oven for 6-7 minutes.

During this time, make the filling. Divide the inside of the potatoes according to the fillings you want to make. Mash the potatoes and add the products to them, except for the cheese. Fix.

Fill the potatoes with the resulting mixtures - divide each type into 2 halves of the potatoes. Sprinkle with the appropriate cheeses and bake for 5 minutes.

Serve the potatoes, pouring a little olive oil and lemon juice, serve with fresh salad.
