We present you a quick and easy recipe for delicious herbal breads. Following the steps below, you will get delicious air cupcakes that you can eat for breakfast in combination with melting aromatic butter!

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tea cups self-swelling flour
  • 3 tablespoons fresh herbs - parsley, thyme and chives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon peel
  • 3/4 tea cups goat cheese

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Put one teaspoon of oil in each cup of a 12-well muffin tin. Transfer the pan to the oven for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the milk, eggs, butter and salt in a blender jar. Beat until everything is mixed for 1-2 minutes. Add the flour and mix with the appliance again. Add the herbs and grated lemon peel.

Remove the tins from the oven and quickly fill each half with the mixture. Crush goat cheese on top and return to the oven. After 15 minutes, without opening the oven, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes until your cupcakes are well browned.
