Required products :
100 - 120 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
70 grams of butter
500 ml high-fat cooking cream (33% and more)
freshly ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Pour the cream into a suitable container, add the butter, add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the amount of salt to the fact that the cheese is salty.
When the butter has melted and the mixture boils, add 2/3 of the grated Parmesan cheese. Let it melt.
Leave the sauce on low heat until it thickens.
You can then pour it over the paste that you have pre-cooked according to the instructions on the package.
Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
