2 eggs
110 grams dried almonds
100 grams butter
225 grams sugar
225 grams flour

Method of preparation :

Grind the almonds finely with a blender. Cut two of the paradise apples into small pieces, grind one of the fruits.
In a suitable bowl, mix the flour with the ground almonds and sugar, add the baking powder, cinnamon and a little grated nutmeg.
In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter, without stopping the process, add the eggs one by one, then carefully add the fruit puree. Pour 70 milliliters of cognac and mix everything until smooth.

It's time for the sliced ​​paradise apples, stir the mixture with a fork and gradually add the dry mixture, stirring constantly with the fork.

Line the bottom of a baking dish with a diameter of 23 - 25 centimeters with baking paper. Pour the dough into it.

Cut the last 2 paradise apples into thin slices, sprinkle with the remaining cognac and arrange on the surface of the dough.

Bake the cake in the oven at 170 degrees for 60-80 minutes.

If the fruit dries, grease with oil, which you may need to do 2-3 times. In any case, grease with butter for 10-15 minutes before removing the cake from the oven and sprinkle with a little granulated sugar.
