Required products :

3 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup almond flour
1 1/4 tablespoon baking powder
125 grams of butter at room temperature
1 egg

Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, almond flour and baking powder.
Make a well in the middle and add the softened butter.
