Required products :

  • 1/2 cup almond flour, ground flaxseed and water
  • 1/3 tea cup parmesan (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground Himalayan salt

Method of preparation :

First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, while preheating prepare the crackers.

Mix almond flour, flaxseed, parmesan, water, garlic and salt. Allow the water to absorb for 3-5 minutes.

Place the dough on a sheet of baking paper and cover with another.

Roll out the dough or spread it with your hands.

Transfer to a tray and remove the top sheet. Cut into desired shape and bake for 15 minutes.

When ready, remove from the pan and allow to cool to room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into individual crackers and serve.
