Required products :

  • 300 grams of raw almonds (dried)
  • fresh milk (optional)
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • cinnamon to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the dried almonds, soak them for 6-8 hours in 400 milliliters of water at room temperature. Then drain the water and pour 3 cups fresh.

Using a blender, grind until smooth (not less than 2 minutes). Strain the mixture and grind once more, if you judge, adding a little water.

Strain again, mash and combine with milk as desired. Put 1 tablespoon of honey, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve almond milk.

Enjoy!

Tips :

Serve almond milk for breakfast or as an ingredient to replace milk in cakes , healthy vegans and vegetarian desserts. If you do not have problems with fresh milk, you can combine almond milk with fresh and other types of nuts to get different flavors and health benefits.

Chia pudding with nut milk is also a very good and tasty choice for both breakfast and a healthy light dessert.

Make hot chocolate with almond milk or ice cream , pastries, sauces, muffins , pancakes, casserole and much more. Experiment.
