Necessary products:

250 grams of semolina

600 grams of milk

330 grams of sugar

100 grams of almonds

melted butter

Method of preparation:

Melt the sugar in a thick-bottomed cast iron pan over low heat, stirring constantly so as not to burn. When it gets a golden color, add the milk, which must be hot. Leave the mixture on a low heat.

In another bowl put melted butter and pour semolina in it, fry until light brown.

Add the almonds, very thinly sliced, to the caramel milk mixture. You can also use spices suitable for dessert of your choice. Stir. Then mix it with semolina, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. If they do form, be patient and break them. Boil everything for a few minutes to make the semolina swell and absorb the sweetness and aroma of the spices. Stir several times. That is all.
