Necessary products:
6 tsp water
4 tsp sugar
3 tsp starch
1/2 tsp almonds (peeled)
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
Method of preparation:
Peel the almonds and divide them into two halves. Dissolve the starch in 3 tsp cold water and mix well so as not to form lumps, leave for a while.
Pour the sugar into a saucepan and pour the remaining water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, remove the foam. Add the dissolved starch to the pan, stirring vigorously. Followed by almonds and stirring cook until thickened. Pour the mixture into a pan and with wet hands with cold water or with a spoon form a layer 2-2.5 cm thick, leave to set.
Cut the Turkish delight into small pieces, roll in powdered sugar, arrange beautifully in a suitable dish and serve.
