Required products :
1 salted mackerel
2 carrots
1 - 2 onions
parsley to taste
1 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 - 2 tablespoons spices for Korean carrots (or your choice)
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Clean the mackerel and cut into large pieces.
Cut the onion into semicircles and fry it in oil. Add the grated carrots, let them fry and then add the tomato puree. A few minutes later, season and mix everything well.
Put the mackerel in a deep dish and pour the vegetable stuffing on it. Leave the appetizer to stand for 30-40 minutes to absorb the flavors and aromas, then sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
