Required products :

Chemicheni rusks

sheep cheese

fresh tomatoes

olive oil

oregano

pitted olives

 

Method of preparation :

Arrange the rusks in a suitable dish, spray with water to soften and pour olive oil.

Wash the tomatoes, grate them finely or chop finely and spread on the bread.

Top with shredded cheese, chopped olives and sprinkle with oregano.

You can also prepare a salad from the same products. Break the breadcrumbs, cut the tomatoes into cubes, crush the cheese. Mix them in a bowl, sprinkle with oregano, add olives and season with olive oil.
