How To Cook Appetizer Of Cheese With Dried Fruits And Nuts (for Wine) - Recipe

Required products :

300 grams of cheese that "melts" easily - Dutch, yellow cheese or other suitable
50 grams of dried cherries
50 grams of dried apricots
50 grams of walnuts
50 grams of almonds

 

Method of preparation :

Melt the selected cheese in the microwave, but do your best - about 1.5-2 minutes are enough. An option is to put the product in a baking sleeve and immerse it in hot water for 15 minutes.

Then remove the melted mass on a sheet of plastic wrap (it will not spill) and roll lightly.

Spread the pieces of dried fruits and nuts evenly on the obtained base, roll them up. Press a little.

Wrap it in plastic wrap, then aluminum and refrigerate for a few hours or preferably overnight.

When you take out the appetizer, cut it into pieces and serve with a glass of your favorite wine.
