Required products :
200-250 grams of mozzarella
30 grams of parsley
20 grams of parmesan
1/4 clove garlic
1/4 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds a
pinch of salt
Method of preparation :
Put the parsley leaves, garlic, parmesan and sunflower seeds in the bowl of the blender. Pour olive oil and juice of 1/4 lemon. Grind the products, taste and add salt if necessary.
Roll the mozzarella in the resulting fragrant green sauce and place the cheese on a plate. Put the pesto and sprinkle with a few drops of olive oil.
Serve the appetizer immediately.
