Required products :

1 medium zucchini

100 grams of flour

1 medium onion head

clove garlic

fresh parsley

oil

salt and pepper to taste

oregano

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the zucchini, cut it into equal circles.

 

Cut the inside in a way convenient for you - you can use a suitable cup or just a knife.

 

Peel the garlic and onion, put them in a blender, add the inside of the zucchini, spices and grind.
