How To Cook Appetizing Meatballs In A Cream Sauce Pan - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 slices of bread, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 tea cup fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 kg of minced meat of your choice
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for the pan

For the sauce :

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 tea cup flour
  • 4 tea cups chicken or beef broth
  • 3/4 tea cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

 

  • Put the sliced ​​bread in a large bowl and pour the milk over it. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and saute the onions for 2-3 minutes until soft.
  • Add it to the bowl with the bread, along with the minced meat, egg yolks, nutmeg and allspice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Knead the minced meat with your palms without overdoing it and form meatballs with an approximate diameter of about 2-3 centimeters.
  • Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat and fry them on all sides until golden brown. Cook in batches, according to the size of the pan.
  • To prepare the sauce, melt the butter in another pan over medium heat.
  • Add the flour and mix well.
  • Add the broth and continue stirring.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook until thickened.
  • Add the cream and after the sauce simmers, add the meatballs to the pan.
  • Stir and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve the meatballs, generously garnished with cream sauce and sprinkled with fresh parsley.
