Necessary products
For the dough:
3 eggs
1 teaspoon yogurt
1 - 1.5 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda quenched in vinegar or 2 teaspoons baking powder
For the stuffing:
300 grams of canned mushrooms
300 grams of grated yellow cheese
1 tea cup of cooked rice (can be semi-finished)
300 grams of minced meat fried with onions
300 grams of frozen green beans
Method of preparation :
Beat the eggs with the milk, add salt, soda and flour. Make dough.
Line a suitable form with baking paper and start arranging layers of products. First put the mushrooms, cut into tiles, sprinkle with grated cheese, distribute a row of rice, followed by minced onions and finish with green beans. Pour the batter over everything and place the dish in the oven. The pie is baked at a temperature of 175 degrees for about 40 minutes.
When removed, leave for 20 minutes to cool slightly and turn over on a suitable flat dish.
