Required products :

  • 250 grams of yogurt
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 proteins
  • 2 large green apples

Method of preparation :

Peel the apples, clean them from the core with the seeds, cut into pieces and put in a blender bowl. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lime and grind to a puree.
Mix it with yogurt and mix thoroughly.
Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until a firm foam forms and carefully add it to the puree in portions.

Distribute the combination in suitable molds (you can use buckets of yogurt or other similar boxes). Stick sticks in the middle and put the dessert in the freezer for about 6 hours.

You can then serve.
