Required products :

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • 30 - 50 grams of ground walnuts (can hazelnuts or almonds)
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 large apples

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour with the baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon. Grind the walnuts.

In a separate bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until the latter dissolves, add the cream. You should get a fluffy cream.

Consecutively add the eggs, beat lightly and pour the flour with the remaining dry ingredients into the combination. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous dough.

Cut the apples into random pieces.

Put 2-3 tablespoons of sugar in a pan and heat for a few minutes. Then add the apples to the dish and let them cook until they form a liquid caramel, stirring.

Take a suitable dish in which you will bake the cake (it is most convenient for the form to be silicone), spread the apples on the bottom and the chocolate dough on them.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dessert for 45-50 minutes on the middle level of the oven.

When ready, wait 5 minutes and remove from the pan.

Enjoy your meal!
