Beat the butter with a cup of sugar, gradually add two eggs and only the yolks of the other four. Beat the products with a mixer and pour the flour and baking powder.

Mix thoroughly and divide the dough into two parts. Put the cocoa in one.

Beat the egg whites that you separated earlier to a froth. If desired, you can mix them with coconut shavings. If you decide to use them, mix gently.

Grease a suitable form with oil, sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs or bread crumbs.

The first layer is of the dark dough, which you distribute in the bowl. Next are the egg whites, and on them - the grated apples.

Sprinkle with cinnamon, followed by halva and white dough on top.

Bake the cake for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven at medium temperature (180 degrees).

Make the sweet topping.

Melt the butter in the warm milk, sweeten with sugar and add the halva.

When the dessert is baked, spread the resulting sweet sauce on its surface.
