How To Cook Apple Cake Without Butter, Eggs And Sugar - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons wholemeal flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon water
  • 1/3 tea cup of apple juice
  • 2 tea cups chopped dates
  • 1 cup apple puree
  • 1 cup ground walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. In a separate bowl pour the water, pour the dates, bring the mixture to a boil and cook on very low heat for 5 minutes. Add the apple puree, stir and wait for the mixture to cool completely.

When this happens, pour the apple juice, nuts, stir and finally mix everything with the flour.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Grease a suitable form with oil and pour the dough into it (it will turn out thick). Bake for about 40 - 45 minutes, check the readiness with a toothpick.

When the cake has cooled, cut into pieces and serve.
