Mix 140 grams of flour with 100 grams of brown sugar, add 230 grams of butter (softened) and mash everything with a fork until crumbs are obtained.
Distribute an even layer of them on the bottom of a greased form, compact the layer to make it dense. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees.

Five minutes before taking out the cheesecake, reduce the temperature to 140 degrees.
Serve with liquid caramel.
