Required products :

5 kilograms of apples
750 grams of sugar

Method of preparation :

Peel the apples from the tails and the core with the seeds. Grind the fruits (without peeling them) using a meat grinder, cover them with sugar and mix the resulting puree.
Distribute it in sterilized jars, filling them halfway. Cover the necks of the dishes with cotton towels and tie. Leave in a dark place for 4 days, during which time stir.

On the 4th day there should be signs of fermentation (foam and characteristic odor).

Drain the juice of the fermented apples and pour it into a clean jar, which you close with a medical glove.

The cider should stand for 50 days until it clears and the sediment should separate at the bottom of the jar.

Then strain the drink, pour into a bottle and close tightly with a cork. Store in the dark for the next 90 days.
