Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon apple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple brandy
  • 6 tablespoons sparkling rose wine
  • apple slices for garnish

Method of preparation :

Boil the apple juice and sugar and stir for 1 minute or until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool and mix with sparkling wine, apple syrup and brandy. Serve in a glass and garnish with apple slices if desired.
