Required products :

2 large apples
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons butter
3/4 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons oatmeal
1 teaspoon wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
vanilla ice cream to serve

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
In a suitable bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of sugar with some of the cinnamon and butter. Stir thoroughly.

First, peel the apples and clean them from the core with the seeds.

Cut each fruit into two parts and make longitudinal incisions on them.
Arrange the apples in a pan and spread them with the sweet mixture you made earlier.

Cover the dish with foil and bake the fruit in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then remove the coating and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining sugar, cinnamon and butter. Add the oatmeal, flour and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.

Divide the incisions on the surface of the apples to form "pockets" that you fill with the resulting combination.

Return the fruit to the oven for another 10 minutes to bake. An amazing scent will appear.
Serve the dessert with vanilla ice cream.

Enjoy your meal!
