Required products :

  • 900 grams of apples, cut into pieces of 2-3 centimeters
  • the juice of half a lemon
  • 60 grams of golden raisins
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 60 grams of maple syrup

For sprinkling:

  • 175 grams of gluten-free flour
  • 100 grams of fine oatmeal
  • 90 grams of coconut oil
  • 50 grams of chopped pecans
  • 50 grams of hazelnuts, cut in bulk
  • 50 grams of dried blueberries
  • 100 grams of maple syrup
  • ice cream to serve on request

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

Put the apples in a rectangular tray measuring 25 by 16 centimeters, at least 5 centimeters deep.

Meanwhile, mix the flour and oatmeal. Add the nuts, blueberries and 100 grams of maple syrup and stir to combine. Be careful not to mix, so as not to get a mushy consistency, you need to keep it moist.
