How To Cook Apple Jelly With Caramel - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 liter of freshly squeezed apple juice
  • 4 sheets of gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons cold water
  • 10 drops of liquid caramel
  • 2-3 drops of liquid sweetener

 

Method of preparation:


Dissolve the gelatin in the water. Heat the apple juice over low heat, add the liquid sweetener and caramel. The liquid should be hot, but not boiling.

Remove from the heat and add the gelatin. Stir and pour the mixture into silicone molds. Allow to cool to room temperature and refrigerate.

After a minimum of four hours, remove and remove the molds. Serve the jellies cold, garnished with fruit or with a topping of your choice.
