How To Cook Apple Lavash Strudel With Apricot Jam And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

1 leaf lavash
2 apples
2 tablespoons apricot jam
3 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
50 grams butter
100 grams walnuts
powdered sugar sprinkle

Method of preparation :

Peel the apples, clean the core with the seeds and cut them into small pieces, which you fry together with 2 tablespoons of sugar until they release their juice and acquire a golden color. Then add the apricot jam, mix well and let the stuffing simmer for 5 minutes.
Beat the egg with the remaining sugar, grate the butter and cut the walnuts.
Spread the lavash leaves with the egg, then spread half of the butter and all the stuffing. Sprinkle with walnuts and roll into a roll, spread with the remaining oil.
Bake the strudel in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
When the finished dessert has cooled, cut it, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
