Necessary products:
500 g of apples
700 ml of vodka or 1.5 cups of alcohol and 1.5 cups of water
1.5 cups sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
12 cloves
Method of preparation:
Wash the apples and cut them into 8 parts, peel them, remove the part with the seeds and put them in a glass jar with a lid. Pour the vodka, add the ground cinnamon and cloves. Close the container and place in a dark and cool place for about 4 weeks. Then filter (preferably with a drinking water filter).
Mix water and sugar in a saucepan, put on the stove and stir. After 2 minutes, remove from the heat and allow the syrup to cool. Mix it with the drink and return it to the jar. Store in a cool place for 3-4 weeks. The longer you do not touch the jar, the better liqueur you will get.
