How To Cook Apple Mini Bars With Caramel, Peanut Butter And Chocolate - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 50 grams of apple puree
  • 20 grams of peanut butter
  • 30 grams of soft butter
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 50 grams of brown sugar
  • 25 grams of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tea cup peeled and diced apples
  • 100 grams of chocolate chips - white or black
  • 1/4 cup caramel tea, maybe topping

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix the puree with the peanut butter and mix until homogeneous. Add the oats, brown and white sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.

 

Add the apple cubes, chocolate chips and stir.

 

Spread the mixture in a rectangular pan covered with foil or a sheet of parchment. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Cool, heat the caramel and spread it on the cake. Cut into pieces, serve and enjoy.
