Learn how to cook "Apple mulled wine with white wine and cinnamon". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
200 milliliters apple juice
2 cloves
230 milliliters dry white wine
1 cinnamon stick
3 tablespoons apple vodka a
handful of fresh raspberries
3 medium apples
2 tablespoons sugar
1 orange peel
Method of preparation :
Peel the apples, cut into 4 pieces and clean the core with the seeds. Cut into thin pieces and put in a saucepan. Pour the white wine, add the cinnamon, cloves, sugar and half of the orange peel.
Put the dish on the stove and bring to a boil. Leave to cook on low heat for 10 minutes until the apples are soft. Remove from the heat.
Cut the remaining citrus peel into thin strips, clean the raspberries.
Then remove the apple pieces with a slotted spoon and pass them through a sieve. Return to the wine pot and heat the mixture for 2-3 minutes. Pour the vodka, add the raspberries, close the jar with a lid and let the drink brew for 10-15 minutes.
Distribute the mulled wine in suitable cups, garnish with orange peel and serve.
