Required products :

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 tea cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 tea cup of fresh milk
  • 1/4 tea cream
  • 3 tablespoons walnut oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 4 small apples, cut into cubes

For the glaze :

  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
  • 40 grams of butter

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cover with baking paper the bottom and walls of a square shape measuring about 20 centimeters.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until smooth.
