Required products :

200 grams of cottage cheese
150 grams of sugar
250 grams of flour
200 grams of butter
2 eggs
2 tablespoons starch
1.5 teaspoon leavening agent

For the filling:
4 large sweet and sour apples
3 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation :
Mix the flour and butter, then add the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, starch and leavening agent. Knead the dough and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

 
Peel the apples, clean the core with the seeds and cut into pieces.

 
Grease the bottom of a suitable form with oil. Divide the dough into two parts and distribute one in the bowl. Next is a layer of fruit, sprinkle them with sugar.

 

Cover with the remaining dough.

 
Bake the pie in a preheated 180-degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
